  • Competence Management:
    Competence Management has the purpose of describing employee competencies, making them transparent and ensuring the transfer, use and development of competencies with regard to strategic corporate goals.
    This includes:
    Person-related (personal) competencies
    primarily junior staff (interns, working students, etc.):
    Acquisition including contact/cooperation with educational institutions, selection, support (coach, Scrum Master ("project manager")), training, certificates, etc.
    Company-related (interpersonal) competencies
    Development of a sustainable (future- and competitive) competence grid: existing - to be expanded - newly acquired technical and non-technical competences;
    derived from the above:
    Planning and implementation of internal training and further education: IT-related skills, IT-supplementing skills
    (e.g. IT-related company transformation processes), IT- overarching background competences:
    Central concepts that are of central importance for the digital future as a whole must be understood fundamentally in order to be fit for the future:
    Semantics (the meaning of "meaning"), intelligence (the meaning of intelligence, "thinking" and "understanding" (cognition) in humans and animals and their foundations), AI (artificial intelligence, AI): the meaning of man-made intelligence;
    scientific references, which are often summarized academically under the generic term cognitive science (-s):
    Neuro-, evolutionary and behavioural biology, cognitive psychology, analytical philosophy (Philosophy of Mind)
