As a service provider I am responsible according to § 7 (1) TMG for contents on this website created and stored by myself.

For transmitted or stored information of other users of this website according to §§ 8-10 TMG I am not responsible as a service provider and not obliged to monitor or investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal action on this website, or to be liable for illegal actions.

Obligations to remove or block content due to a violation of applicable law remain unaffected by this.
